Help Desk

Help Desk is one-on-one help from a customer service representative, accessible via email and phone.

Contact for:
  • Add a new account
  • Change or inactivate an account
  • Password reset
  • Report security incident
  • Give feedback, share converns, suggest enhancements
  • Check on status of Help Desk ticket

0 Technical Assistance

Make a request for assistance with specific, finite tasks or training related to use of the PRO0F system, such as data entry assistance or additional training.

Your request will be considered by First 5 California. If selected to receive technical assistance, TA will be provided remotely over the phone, via email, or in person, depending on the assistance required.
